Sneaky…

ETA:  gosh, you guys were quick!  i’m so happy you like the roving, and it was wonderful to see some new customers :).  thank you, thank you!!!

I’ll be sneaking a few things into my etsy shop today.  15 or so skeins of sock yarn and a bunch of hand dyed BFL roving.  I’m having fun working with the roving.  It’s been an interesting change of pace from the sock yarn.

I promise that Monday I’ll have the info up on special orders.  It was just too much to deal with last week with the oversold skeins.

  1. Yummy BFL roving!!!! I am still learning to spin but that is what I have been told t practice with. Now that I know you have it, I need to use up some of what I have first before I can order more. I love the colors in the photo.

  2. Oh That is just so yummy. Your crock pots must have been going full blast for the past few days!

  3. I just ordered 2 rovings! Yippie! I cannot wait especially since I got my new Goldring spindle at Maryland Sheep & wool and it spins like a dream….

  4. Oh shoot. I missed the update. I need to learn to spin cause those rovings are awesome.

  5. I got some. I haunted the site starting at 4:15 and I’m sure that’s the only reason I did. You have a great eye for color so it was well worth the wait.

  6. I feel so evil since I’m a local and went to Village Yarn and Tea and got my friend hooked on your yarn :o) It’s one of the perks of living around here I guess! They had a ton of your yarn! It was so beautimus!!! I am now under strict orders from my hubby that I can’t buy anymore sock yarn until I have used up what I have already. Is he nuts?!?! I don’t think that’s even possible! Is it? I think it’s crazy talk :o) But…I will wait a little while before sneaking over to grab some more. Maybe he won’t notice in a few weeks if my stash grows a little….a girl can dream right?

  7. I also snuck over to Village Yarn and Tea. I am very glad I did. I got a couple of skiens for my flight. I tell you, nothing makes the wait at the terminal more bearable then some quality time with needles, Ipod and Sock yarn!

  8. Stephanie, hide it in the bottom of your knitting bag. My hubby never looks in there!

  9. Just look at that delicious roving! Like a giant spinner’s lollipop :).
